## Known issues / ongoing

- **Tom offline since 2026-03-26** pending OAuth re-auth (parked by operator decision 2026-04-16).
- **Doctor warning** reappears on every gateway boot (auto-creates `channels.telegram.accounts.default`). Harmless noise.
- **`refresh-token.sh` uses a CLI command that does not exist** (`openclaw auth refresh`). Inline refresh during agent use still works.
- **Session cwd bug:** 4/5 session JSONL headers say `cwd=denise/workspace`. Cosmetic, does not affect workspace file reads.
