# How to Use This Operations Manual Project

1. Add any new source information to `01-intake/` using `templates/intake-template.md`.
2. Draft or update chapters in `02-drafts/`.
3. Record feedback and decisions in `03-review/`.
4. Move approved chapters to `04-final/`.
5. Keep `00-index.md` updated as chapters are finalized.

## Suggested Cadence
- Daily: add intake notes
- 2-3x weekly: convert intake into draft chapters
- Weekly: review and approve target chapters
